This exclusive house newly constructed in classic Tirolean country house style is located on a gentle slope which is very sunny and quiet all year round at the ski lift in Going am Wilden Kaiser. From here you enjoy not only breathtaking panorama views of the ”Wilder Kaiser“, but also gaze at the surrounding range of mountain peaks in a variety of far-reaching views. Due to the excellent location, village centres of both Going and Ellmau are easily reached on foot in about ten minutes. You also stroll to the Stanglwirt, which is about 2000 metres away, in just a short time. The refined manner of building this new chalet can be felt already on your first visit. It is divided into three floors and has its own garage with a turning platform for cars. On the ground floor you move from the spacious entrance foyer to the wellness zone including sauna and toilet as well as a bedroom with bathroom en-suite. Both rooms have access to the bright areaway where there is a staircase over which you can go up to the large pool terrace; there you have access to the exterior swimming pool.
